A Party Venue Near Heathrow Airport
Got a birthday, a christening or a work do to plan? You can hire a space at The Anchor in Stanwell Moor, 7 minutes from Heathrow Terminal 5, for 10+ to 150 guests.
The spaces
- The dining room: seats 26, or up to 50 standing. French doors open onto the beer garden.
- The beer garden: seats 64, or up to 250 standing, under the Heathrow flight path.
- The whole pub: 119 seated or 300 standing.
What we host
Milestone birthdays, christenings, engagement parties, baby showers, gender reveals, retirement parties, wakes, summer garden parties, corporate events and Christmas parties.
Kids' parties
Children are welcome at all hours. Kids' party food is burger and chips, chicken nuggets and chips or mini pizza and chips, each for 20 children or more, and there's unlimited squash for 20 or more too. High chairs, buggy space and bottle warming on request are all here, and breastfeeding is welcome. We don't have baby changing facilities.
Food and drinks
Buffets, and the numbers each one needs:
- Pizza Buffet: 10 guests
- Burger Buffet: 20 guests
- Indoor BBQ: 20 guests
- Sandwich Buffet: 30 guests
- Finger Buffet: 30 guests
- Premium Buffet: 30 guests
Welcome drinks and a bar tab both start at 10 guests. Welcome prosecco needs 20, with orange juice for anyone not drinking.
Tell us about any allergies or dietary needs when you book and we'll do our best. Everything is prepared in one kitchen, so we can't guarantee there's no cross-contamination.
You can bring your own food at no charge. We ask the organiser to sign an outside-food waiver. You're welcome to bring a celebration cake. We'll ask whoever brings it to sign our outside-food waiver.
What it costs
Room hire is charged by the hour for the space you book, and the rates are on our private hire page. The calculator there prices the food and drinks against your numbers.
A £250 booking and damage deposit secures your date. It's held separately from your bill and refunded after the event, less any documented deductions.
What comes with it
- TVs and a sound system. Our TVs can be used for photo slideshows or presentations, and we provide the connection cables. Test yours with us in advance. We don't have a projector.
- A dedicated events coordinator
- Free WiFi
- Free parking. We've 20 free spaces right outside. There's no time limit while you're with us, and nothing to register.
- Dogs are welcome throughout the pub, on a lead. We'll have water bowls and biscuits waiting.
Good to know
A start before 12pm or a finish after 10pm is by arrangement, so tell us the times you have in mind.
No confetti cannons or confetti balloons, please. Smoke cannons are for outside only, well away from buildings and fencing. Please don't use push pins, Blu Tack, sticky tape or anything else that could damage the paintwork.
