We serve Christmas dinner 10 November to 20 December 2026 at The Anchor in Stanwell Moor, around seven minutes from Heathrow Terminal 5. Sittings run Tuesday to Saturday, plus Sunday from 1pm to 6pm. There are no Monday sittings, the kitchen is closed. Every Christmas dinner booking is for 4 guests or more, booked at least 24 hours ahead, with a £10 per person deposit that comes off your bill. Everyone chooses their own courses: a main for each guest, with a starter and a dessert optional, so guests at the same table can have different numbers of courses. Choices come to us 7 days before your booking date. Festive buffets are available for 30 guests or more. - Can we get a VAT invoice?
- Yes, for corporate bookings, so expenses are straightforward.
- Can we run a company bar tab?
- Yes, and you can set a spending limit on it. Tell us when you book.
- Are we sharing with other groups?
- No. Never. Your group gets its own table and its own evening, never a mixed sitting.
- What does the deposit do?
- £10 per person, taken at booking and deducted from your final bill. Cancel up to and including seven days before your booking date and we refund it in full.
- How do we collect everyone's meal choices?
- You pick them per guest as you book, and they reach the kitchen directly. Choices are due 7 days before your date.
- Dietary requirements?
- Tell us per guest when you book, including allergies, and we confirm what the kitchen can do for your date.
- What if we are more than 20?
- That becomes private hire rather than a table booking. Between 21 and 29 guests we arrange it as a private booking, so call or email us and we will look after it. Email [email protected] and we will shape it around your group.
- Is there a DJ or entertainment?
- Our December quiz, music bingo and cash bingo nights take a festive turn, and a DJ can be arranged on request. Neither is bundled into a package you did not choose.
- What time does the party finish?
- Christmas parties finish by midnight.

Christmas booking near Heathrow and Staines: the rules in full
- 4 guests or more. Every Christmas dinner booking needs at least 4 guests. Smaller groups are welcome from the regular menu.
- Tuesday to Saturday, plus Sunday 1pm to 6pm. There are no Monday sittings at Christmas, the kitchen is closed on Mondays. Pick your day before anything else, because it sets everything that follows.
- At least 24 hours notice. We cannot take same-day Christmas bookings. The kitchen orders and preps to your numbers.
- £10 per person deposit. On every Christmas booking, whatever the size of the group. Taken at the time of booking and deducted from your bill, and refunded in full if you cancel up to and including seven days before your booking date.
- Courses are chosen per person. Every guest chooses a main. A starter and a dessert are optional, so guests at the same table can have different numbers of courses.
- Two and three course pre-orders are due 7 days before your date. One course needs no pre-order, and it's the only choice for a booking made inside that. Send dietary requirements with any pre-order.
- More than 20 guests is private hire. Not a table booking. Email [email protected], call or WhatsApp 01753 682707 and we will plan it with you.

Sit-down Christmas lunch or dinner
Choose a lunchtime or evening sitting for your group, Tuesday to Saturday, or a Sunday sitting between 1pm and 6pm. There are no Monday sittings, the kitchen is closed. When you enquire, we will confirm availability for your date, the prices and what happens next.

1. Choose your sitting
Tell us lunch or dinner, your date, your guest count and roughly how many courses each guest wants. Any day Tuesday to Saturday, or a Sunday between 1pm and 6pm.
2. Confirm and pay the deposit
We confirm the sitting and the price, then take the £10 per person deposit that comes off your bill.
3. Send your pre-order
For two or three courses, return each guest's choices and dietary requirements 7 days before your booking date. One course needs no pre-order.
Christmas buffet food for 30 or more guests
A Christmas buffet is our answer to a big group that wants to stand up, move around and talk to everyone rather than sit through a set meal. There are three festive buffet packages, Festive Sandwich & Salad, Festive Hot Finger and Festive Premium Grazing, and every one of them needs at least 30 guests. They suit office parties, standing receptions and team gatherings near Heathrow and Staines.

Christmas party venues near Heathrow, Staines & Surrey
The Anchor is around seven minutes from Heathrow Terminal 5, eleven minutes from Terminal 2 and eight minutes from Staines-upon-Thames, traffic dependent. Airport teams, local offices, families and friends can meet here without travelling into central London.
The pub is outside the ULEZ zone and has around 20 free parking spaces on site.

In December we tend to keep the doors shut against the cold, and the garden is still right there for anyone who wants a moment outside.
