Activity venues flip the script entirely. Instead of sitting in a room, your team is doing something together, climbing, problem-solving, racing, or getting soaked on a roller coaster. These work brilliantly for pure team building, summer parties, and reward days.
The limitation is practical: there's usually no meeting space. If you need a morning of actual work before the fun starts, you'll need to book a separate venue for the business part of the day. Costs vary widely, and food and drink are usually on top.
