Across the night you’ll explore six festive-ready spirits — from spiced and dark rums to single-malt whisky, cognac/brandy, sloe gin, premium vodka and bourbon — tasting each one blind before the big reveal. Between flights, we’ll share tasting notes, swap favourites, and learn a few simple tricks for spotting quality and pairing spirits with seasonal nibbles. The mood is relaxed and sociable, the lighting warm, and the soundtrack classic winter vibes — perfect for unwinding with friends or treating yourself to something a bit special. Midway through, you’ll enjoy a hearty autumnal plated main (with vegetarian and gluten-free options available on request), followed by a seasonal cocktail demonstration you can easily recreate at home. We’ll round things off with a short, good-humoured quiz and prizes, plus time to revisit any stand-out pours before the final reveal.
