About This Event
Quiz Night is back at The Anchor, and this time it's the last quiz of summer! Join us on Wednesday 19 August at 7:00pm for a night packed with laughs, friendly competition, and plenty of fun. Expect a lively quiz filled with quick-fire rounds, free drink questions, and spot prizes. Whether you're a trivia whiz or just in it for the good vibes, this night is for you. Bring your mates, family, or even challenge your neighbours to form a team of up to 6 people. Our quizmaster, Peter Pitcher, knows how to keep the energy up and the laughs rolling. He'll guide you through a variety of questions covering music, TV, film, and all those random facts that pop into your head at the most unexpected times. Grab a drink from the bar and settle in for a great night out. The full menu is available from 4:00pm to 9:00pm, so come early, order some food, and enjoy a proper pub atmosphere. Food will be available throughout most of the quiz, but it’s best to come in early and order before the 7:00pm start. Entry is just £3 per person, and we recommend booking a table to secure your spot. Arrive by 6:45pm to get settled before the quiz kicks off. Walk-ins are welcome, but we can’t promise you a seat if you leave it too late! Come and enjoy a proper quiz night at The Anchor in Stanwell Moor. It’s just a short drive from Staines, and there’s free parking available. We can’t wait to see you there!

Accessibility
Getting in from the car park is step free, and so are the bar and the dining area. The beer garden is step free straight from the car park. From inside, there's one step between the bar and the garden, and we'll put our ramp out for it if you ask. We don't have an accessible toilet. If you'd like to check what will work best for you, give us a call on 01753 682707 and we'll help. Assistance dogs are always welcome.
